Kali ini saya mau mengajak teman-teman belajar matematika, tapi bukan kalkulus ataupun integral. Ini tentang matematika kebahagiaan.
Ini ada rumus Kebahagiaan sebagai berikut:
Kebahagiaan = Realita / Ekspektasi
Contoh matemetika:
Jika Realita terhadap sesuatu atau seseorang X = 8, dan
jika Ekspektasi terhadap sesuatu atau seseorang X = 4, maka
Kebahagian = 8 / 4 = 2
Artinya, kalau Realita lebih baik atau lebih besar daripada ekspektasi, maka hasilnya Bahagia.
Tapi,
Jika Realita terhadap sesuatu atau seseorang X = 1, dan
jika Ekspektasi terhadap sesuatu atau seseorang X = 100, maka
Kebahagian = 1 / 100 = 0,01
Kalau Ekspektasi terlalu tinggi sementara Realita jauh di bawahnya → maka Hasil: kecewa.
Ada dua cara untuk meningkatkan kebahagiaan:
- Perbaiki Realita (tindakan, kualitas hidup, usaha → naikkan level kenyataan).
- Turunkan Ekspektasi (jangan berharap terlalu tinggi pada orang lain atau situasi).
Contoh matematika:
Jika Realita terhadap sesuatu atau seseorang X = 100, dan
jika Ekspektasi terhadap sesuatu atau seseorang X = 1, maka
Kebahagian = 100 / 1 = 100
Dengan kata lain, lebih banyak bersyukur, lebih sedikit berharap muluk.
✅ Contoh kehidupan: Pacar membalas Chat
Ekspektasi: dibales dalam 1 menit
Realita: dibales 10 jam kemudian
→ Hasil: kesel + overthinking 🤣
“Kalau sempat dia bales, klo ga dibales biar Tuhan yang bales.” → Ini dendam. 🤣🤣🤣
Tapi kalau Ekspektasi kita:
“Kalau sempat dia bales, klo ga dibales ya ga masalah.” → Realita tetap sama, tapi kita tidak kecewa.
Intinya:
“Semakin tinggi Ekspektasi, semakin besar kemungkinan kecewa.”
“Semakin besar rasa syukur, semakin mudah bahagia.”
Apalagi klo Ekspektasi dibuat NOL, maka kamu akan dapat Kebahagian yang UNDEFINED (tidak terdefinisi).
Bukti matematika:
Jika Realita terhadap sesuatu atau seseorang X = 100, dan
jika Ekspektasi terhadap sesuatu atau seseorang X = 0 (NOL), maka
Kebahagian = 100 / 0 = ∞
Singkat logikanya:
- if Realita > Ekspektasi, then Kebahagian >= 1
- if Realita < Ekspektasi, then Kebahagian < 1
- if Ekspektasi = 0, then Kebahagian = ∞
