Abstract
In general, learning and teaching activity is held in a classroom according to the appointed time and place. In certain condition and situation, it becomes a problem. Therefore, a solution is needed to answer the problem. This research establishes a distance learning web-based application called eDuCourse, in order to overcome the time and place issues. This application adopts Learning Technology System Architecture (LTSA) technology standard, an international standard for learning system supported by information technology. The standard sponsored by Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) describes an architecture based on abstract components. This journal presents the analysis of a distance learning technology based on LTSA system architecture, the development, implementation and testing part.
